Mark Tunstall
Managing Director
Managing Director of FluidOne Chorley, Mark has been involved with the business since its inception in 2001 and has steadily watched it grow into a fully-fledged professional services specialist MSP – helping hundreds of businesses and thousands of users understand, benefit, and value their IT as both enablement tools and efficiency drivers.
As an accountant himself, Mark also appreciates the nuances of finance and is well placed to join the business dots for SMEs and mid-market businesses, particularly professional services. He recognises the need for a balance between pragmatic solutions, cost control and deliverable results. Focusing on security and quality, Mark is ideally placed to assist businesses with their IT strategy as well as delivery.
Mark is quite a keen hobbyist and enjoys nothing more than digging old coins out of old fields.
Alex Pimperton
Technical Director
Alex is the Technical Director of FluidOne Chorley and has worked for the organisation for nearly two decades, first joining in 2006. After gaining a BSc in Computer Science from Essex he started with Orca as an IT assistant, then held various roles before becoming Technical Director in 2010.
With a wealth of experience in the IT industry, Alex provides strategic leadership and direction for our professional services teams and works with clients to address their technical challenges.
Alex lives in the middle of nowhere in Lancashire with his partner, daughter and 4 dogs. When he’s not at work he’s usually walking or competing with the dogs and is a (very!) keen skier.
Keith Davies
Operations Director
Keith moved to Orca in 2013 and is currently responsible for delivering FluidOne Chorley’s exceptional client facing services. During the past decade he has focused on implementing strategies that ensure clients get a first-class experience despite a changing and challenging IT landscape.
He has 15 years of experience in the IT industry supporting clients in both the SME and Enterprise IT worlds. Like many IT professionals his first role was as a first line support technician and he has worked in various positions including technical, managerial, and then more recently in a leadership role.
Keith is married with two children, and outside of work Keith enjoys hiking. His goal is to complete all 214 Wainwright peaks in the Lake District before 2030.
